|Diced cooked ham||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Bacon slice||1 , diced|
|Onion||1 Medium, finely chopped|
|Celery stalks||2 , thinly sliced|
|Frozen peas||10 Ounce, thawed (1 package)|
|Long grain converted rice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (raw)|
|Chicken broth||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Combine all ingredients except parmesan cheese in crock pot; stir well.
Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 10 hours (on high setting for 3 to 4 hours).
Taste for seasoning.
