Italian Salad

Italian Salad is a unique and winning salad that is perfect for your dinner parties. Surprise your guests with this filling and tasty Italian salad. I am sure they will love it!
Ingredients
  Pasta shells 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cooked ham 250 Gram, cut thick and cubed
  Black olives 8 , halved and stoned
  Cooked green peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery ribs 2 , finely sliced
  Thick mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook pasta shells in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes or until dente' — just tender. Drain and refresh under cold running water. Mix ham with olives, green peas, celery and pasta. Add mayonnaise to mustard and stir enough into salad to bind. Chill, covered, for 30 minutes, turn into serving dish, top with snipped chives or parsley
