Ingredients
  Anchovies 6 , drained and filleted
  Capocollo 8 , thinly sliced
  Salami slice 8 (Thinly Sliced)
  Prosciutto slice 8 , thinly sliced
  Green olives 4 Ounce
  Pickled carrots 4 Ounce
  Pickled mushrooms 4 Ounce
  Celery stalks 4 , sliced lengthwise
  Red pepper 1 , sliced
  Green pepper 1 , sliced
  Fontina cheese slices 8 (Thin Slices)
  Asiago cheese slices 8 (Thin Slices)
  Parsley sprigs 8
  Boiled eggs 4 , halved (Use Cold)
Directions

Arrange the ingredients on a large platter and garnish with the parsley and egg halves.
Put the platter in the middle of the table and let everyone serve themselves.
