Spezzatino Di Agnello! This is a delicious lamb preparation that I served for my colleagues farewell party last month. Everyone had only praises for the amazing flavor of this dish. Try and prepare the Spezzatino Di Agnello and do prepare yourself to be surprised by its wonderful taste!
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Bacon slices 4 , chopped
  Lamb 2 Pound, cut into cubes
  Carrot 1 , sliced
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Tomato 1 , peeled and chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mint 1 Pinch
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Beef stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon
  White wine 4 Ounce

Heat the oil in a large pot and cook bacon pieces for 3 minutes, then add the lamb and cook until the cubes are browned on all sides.
Add the carrot, onion and tomato, and cook and stir for 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 1 hour or until the lamb is tender.
Put extra liquid in if necessary to ensure sufficient sauce.
