Italian Roast Beef
Italian Roast Beef is an easy to prepare side dish which you will simply love. I bet, you will surely get a huge fan following for this one!
|Beef rump roast||4 Pound|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Stalk celery||1 Large|
|Salt pork/Bacon||2 Ounce|
Trim all excess fat from roast.
Mince 1 onion, the garlic, celery, and salt pork.
Lightly flour roast; rub with minced mixture.
Slice remaining onion; place in crock pot.
Place roast on onion.
Cover and cook on low setting for 10 to 12 hours.
