Ingredients
  Veal chops 36 Ounce (6 In Number, 6 Ounce Each)
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Sherry/Vermouth 4 Ounce
  Mint 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

Combine ingredients and marinate the veal for 1-2 hours.
Place chops 6715 cm beneath heated broiler, or on the barbecue, and cook for 6 minutes each side basting with the marinade.
