Pesto Chicken Burgers
|Bread crumbs||50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Water/Chicken stock||50 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Chopped fresh basil||25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Chopped green onion||25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Freshly grated parmesan cheese||25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Pine nuts/Slivered almonds||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Ground chicken||1 Pound (500 Gram)|
In bowl, beat egg; mix in bread crumbs, water, basil, onion, Parmesan, pine nuts, salt and pepper.
Blend in chicken; shape into 4 patties.
Place patties on greased grill over medium hot coals or at medium high setting; barbecue for 5 minutes.
Turn and cook for about 7 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
