Pesto Chicken Burgers

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Bread crumbs 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Water/Chicken stock 50 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Chopped fresh basil 25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Chopped green onion 25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Freshly grated parmesan cheese 25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Pine nuts/Slivered almonds 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground chicken 1 Pound (500 Gram)
Directions

In bowl, beat egg; mix in bread crumbs, water, basil, onion, Parmesan, pine nuts, salt and pepper.
Blend in chicken; shape into 4 patties.
Place patties on greased grill over medium hot coals or at medium high setting; barbecue for 5 minutes.
Turn and cook for about 7 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
