Italian Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
  Onions 4 , sliced
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Red pepper 1 , diced
  Pimento 1 , diced
  Ground meat 1 Pound
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Tomato paste 1 Can (10 oz)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Saute onions in olive oil until light brown, add water, pepper and pimento, and simmer until almost.tender.
Add meat and cook until well browned.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Serve over spaghetti, garnished with strong Parmesan cheese
