This is a brilliant Paglia E Fieno recipe!. This tasty Pasta is a personal favorite and often I treat myself with it! Try the Paglia E Fieno and you will understand why I love this pasta so much!
Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Mushrooms 8 , sliced
  Heavy cream 6 Ounce
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Grated parmesan cheese 4 Ounce
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Green tagliatelle 8 Ounce
  Tagliatelle 8 Ounce (White Variety)
Directions

Heat the butter in a large frying pan and cook the garlic and mushrooms for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, mix together the cream, egg, cheese and seasonings, and set aside.
Cook the green and white pasta separately and drain.
Add to the frying pan and toss with the mushrooms.
Add the cream mixture and toss until sauce begins to thicken.
Serve immediately with grated cheese.
