|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), chopped|
|Mushrooms||8 , sliced|
|Heavy cream||6 Ounce|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Grated parmesan cheese||4 Ounce|
|Green tagliatelle||8 Ounce|
|Tagliatelle||8 Ounce (White Variety)|
Heat the butter in a large frying pan and cook the garlic and mushrooms for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, mix together the cream, egg, cheese and seasonings, and set aside.
Cook the green and white pasta separately and drain.
Add to the frying pan and toss with the mushrooms.
Add the cream mixture and toss until sauce begins to thicken.
Serve immediately with grated cheese.
