Aragosta Fra Diavolo
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Chili peppers||1 Pinch|
|Tomatoes||3 , peeled and chopped|
|Red wine||4 Ounce|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Curry powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Remove lobster meat from tails.
Heat oil in a large frying pan, and cook the meat until pink.
Add onion and garlic, and cook for a few minutes more, then add the next 8 ingredients and lower heat.
Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper, stir in parsley, and serve with rice.
