  Pork tenderloin 2 Pound
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Mushrooms 6 , sliced
  Green pepper 1 , sliced
  Apple 1 , cored and sliced
  Basil 1 Pinch
  Oregano 1 Pinch
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Beef stock/Beef consomme 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red wine 4 Ounce
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon

Cut pork into 1/2"/1 cm slices and dredge lightly with flour.
Heat oil and butter in a large frying pan and cook pork for 3 minutes on each side.
Add onion, mushrooms, green pepper, apple and seasonings, then cook and stir for 5 minutes.
Add tomato paste and liquids, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with a little chopped parsley if you like, and serve with egg noodles.
