Ingredients
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Sage 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  T bone steaks/Striploin steaks 48 Ounce (4 Steaks, 12 Ounce Each)
  Lemons 2 , juiced
  Lemon wedges 4
  Spinach 1 Pound, cooked, drained
Directions

Combine first 8 ingredients and marinate steaks for at least 2 hours.
Grill over white hot coals for 6 minutes each side, basting with lemon juice.
Serve with lemon wedges and buttered spinach.
