The tasty Vitello Tonnato is a unique meat preparation that you just shouldn't miss! I am sure that your guest will love it if you would serve it at your parties. I made this for my husband for our anniversary dinner party and he loved it! Try the Vitello Tonnato for yourself!
|Roast veal slices||18 , sliced|
|Chopped capers||2 Tablespoon|
|Green onions||3 , chopped|
|Anchovies||6 , chopped|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Tuna fish||6 Ounce, drained|
Place veal slices on a large platter.
Make sauce by combining remaining ingredients and mixing or blending until smooth.
Spoon sauce over veal and refrigerate.
Garnish with tomato and lemon slices and serve.
