Venison Chops In Italian Sauce

  Venison chops 18
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Green pepper 1 , sliced
  Celery and leaves 4 , cut into chunks
  Celery chunks and leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato paste 8 Ounce (1 Large Can)
  Canned tomato paste 15 Ounce (Use 1 large can)
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Rosemary 1
  Garlic salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Onion salt To Taste
  Grated romano cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (As Required)

Brown chops in oil and drain.
Place in roaster or casserole dish.
Saute green pepper, celery chunks and leaves in olive oil.
When done, add tomato paste, water, salt, pepper and other seasonings to taste.
Add generous amount of romano cheese, at least 3/4 cup.
Simmer sauce about 15 minutes.
Cover chops with sauce and bake about 1 hour and 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
