Filetto Di Vitello Stravaganza

Ingredients
  Veal fillet 2 Pound
  Flour 4 Ounce
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Green onions 4 , chopped
  Tomatoes 2 , peeled and chopped
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sage 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Anchovies 4 , chopped
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  White wine 2 Ounce
  Brandy 2 Ounce
  Strega liqueur 1 Ounce
  Beef broth 2 Ounce
  Heavy cream 6 Ounce
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Provolone cheese slice 6
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut veal into l"/2 cm medallions and dredge lightly with flour.
Heat oil and butter in a large frying pan and cook the veal for 2 minutes on each side, then add the green onions and cook 1 minute more.
Add the next 12 ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes, or until liquid is reduced by half.
Top with cheese slices and cover.
When cheese has melted, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
