  Romaine head 1
  Leaf lettuce 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Tomatoes 2 , cut into wedges
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Radish slices 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced green onion 34 Cup (544 tbs)
  Canned anchovies 2 Ounce, chopped
  Olive oil/Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Tarragon vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1 Dash
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Tear greens in bite size pieces in a bowl; arrange vegetables and anchovies over lettuce.
Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
Toss lightly.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
