Patate Alla Casalinga! I love potatoes in any form but this simple potato preparation is a personal favorite. Try the Patate Alla Casalinga. I am sure you will love it!
Ingredients
  Potatoes 6
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Cook potatoes for 20-30 minutes until just soft, then cool and slice.
Heat the oil and butter in a large frying pan, and add salt and pepper.
Add potato slices and cook until golden brown on both sides, then add peppers and paprika and cook for another 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley just before serving.
