Salmon Steaks With Zippy Italian Sauce
|Salmon steaks||2 (About 3/4 Inch Thick)|
|Butter||3 Tablespoon, melted|
|Hollandaise sauce mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Italian seasoning||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Rinse and dry fish.
Brush broiler pan with melted butter.
Place fish on broiler pan and brush with melted butter.
Season with salt and pepper.
Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes.
Turn; brush with melted butter.
Continue broiling 5 more minutes.
While fish broils, combine hollandaise sauce mix, water and Italian seasoning in small saucepan.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Remove fish carefully to hot platter and serve with Italian sauce.
