Cipollini Al Forno

Cipollini Al Forno is a unique and delicious side dish. This is a flexible and well flavored dish that will fit into any spread! Try this excellent Cipollini Al Forno recipe!
Ingredients
  Pearl onions 1⁄2 Pound
  Oil 4 Ounce
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  White vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Sage 1 Pinch
  Pepper red To Taste, sliced
Directions

Peel the onions and blanch in boiling water for a few minutes, then drain well and toss with a little oil.
Place in a baking dish and cook in a preheated 350°F./180°C oven for 20 minutes.
Mix the oil, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper, and sage in a bowl and pour over the onions.
Decorate with thinly sliced red pepper, and serve hot or cold.
