Cipollini Al Forno
|Pearl onions||1⁄2 Pound|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|White vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Pepper red||To Taste, sliced|
Peel the onions and blanch in boiling water for a few minutes, then drain well and toss with a little oil.
Place in a baking dish and cook in a preheated 350Â°F./180Â°C oven for 20 minutes.
Mix the oil, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper, and sage in a bowl and pour over the onions.
Decorate with thinly sliced red pepper, and serve hot or cold.
