The Salsa Bolognese is a delicious and delightful dish that adds to the classiness of your dinner spread! Try this Salsa Bolognese recipe for yourself!
Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Stalk celery 1 , diced
  Carrot 1 , diced
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Bay leaves 2 , crumbled
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Tomato paste 10 Ounce
  Tomato 3 Cup (48 tbs), peeled and chopped
  Red wine 4 Ounce
  Beef stock 4 Ounce
Directions

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the onion, garlic, celery and carrot for 5 minutes.
Add meat and cook, stirring until it is browned.
Add the next 9 ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
