|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Stalk celery||1 , diced|
|Carrot||1 , diced|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Bay leaves||2 , crumbled|
|Tomato paste||10 Ounce|
|Tomato||3 Cup (48 tbs), peeled and chopped|
|Red wine||4 Ounce|
|Beef stock||4 Ounce|
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the onion, garlic, celery and carrot for 5 minutes.
Add meat and cook, stirring until it is browned.
Add the next 9 ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
