Fegato E Cipolle Alla Venezia
|Calf's liver||1 Pound|
|Onions||2 , thinly sliced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
Slice liver into thin strips and dredge lightly in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
Heat half the oil in a frying pan and cook the liver for 5 minutes over medium heat, then remove and keep warm.
Add the rest of the oil to the pan and cook the onions and garlic for 5 minutes until onion is soft and golden.
Spoon onto liver and serve.
