Neapolitan Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Pork loin chops 6 , cut about 3/4 to 1 inch thick
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mushrooms 1 Pound, cleaned and sliced
  Green peppers 2 , cleaned and chopped
  Canned tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sieved
  Dry white wine 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet.
Add garlic and cook until lightly browned.
Season chops with salt and pepper.
Put chops in skillet and brown on both sides.
Add mushrooms, green pepper sieved tomato, and wine.
Cover and cook over low heat about 1 hour, or until tender.
