Neapolitan Pork Chops
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Pork loin chops||6 , cut about 3/4 to 1 inch thick|
|Mushrooms||1 Pound, cleaned and sliced|
|Green peppers||2 , cleaned and chopped|
|Canned tomatoes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sieved|
|Dry white wine||3 Tablespoon|
Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet.
Add garlic and cook until lightly browned.
Season chops with salt and pepper.
Put chops in skillet and brown on both sides.
Add mushrooms, green pepper sieved tomato, and wine.
Cover and cook over low heat about 1 hour, or until tender.
