Classic Italian Style Meat Sauce For Spaghetti

|Butter||14 Cup (224 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground chuck||1⁄2 Pound|
|Ground lean pork||1⁄2 Pound|
|Ground veal||1⁄2 Pound|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 , chopped|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), minced|
|Onion||1 Large, minced|
|Canned mushrooms||16 Ounce|
|Canned tomato paste||6 Ounce|
|Italian tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Pear Shaped)|
|Dry american wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Celery salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Bay leaves||2 , crumbled|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
In a 6-quart kettle heat butter and oil.
Add ground chuck, pork and veal.
Mix together thoroughly; brown.
Add all remaining ingredients; simmer until done to taste, about 1 hour and30 minutes.
Serve over cooked spaghetti.
Sauce may be frozen.
