Vegan Alfredo Pesto Sauce

Alfredo pesto sauce is a combination of alfredo and pesto sauce. This is a quick sauce. Usually alfredo sauce is made with butter and parmesan cheese. But this being a vegan recipe, we will use cashews and tofu to make. It is very simple to make and taste wonderful on pastas and meeatballs.
Ingredients
  Cashews 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pesto sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Nutritional yeast 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mock poultry chicken seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Tofu 3 1⁄2 Ounce
Directions

1. Blend all the ingredients into a smooth paste.
2. Using a whipping blade make it thicker and creamy.
3. Cook the sauce for 5 minutes on medium heat.
4. Alfredo pesto sauce is ready to use.
