Stuffed Cos Leaf

In this video we will learn to make Cos leaf wrap. It is a dish that can be made with leftovers. It is easy and simple. You can serve Cos leaf wrap at the snack time or for breakfast.
Ingredients
  Cos lettuce leaves 200 Gram
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chop
  Sesame seed 1 Teaspoon
  Shallot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomato paste 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chicken 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), mince
  Salt & pepper 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add all ingredients except for cos leaves.
2. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Spoon the filling down the center of the cos lettuce leaves. Wrap the leaf with a twine thread.
4. Now pan fry the leaves for a couple of minutes just until soft.

SERVING
6. Serve the wrap with remaining chicken filling and a salad on the side.
