For all the chicken lovers out there, this Chicken Dumplings (Gnocchi Con Polio) is a chicken variety with an Italian twist.   Potatoes 5 Medium, peeled and cooked
  Cooked chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs), ground
  Grated parmesan cheese 30 Gram (1/4 cup)
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Mash the potatoes.
Mix with the chicken, cheese, nutmeg, flour, egg yolks and salt and pepper to taste.
Place on a board and knead until smooth.
Add more flour if necessary. .
Roll out dough to a thickness, of 1/2 inch (one cm).
Cut into one inch (21/2 cm) squares.
Cook in boiling salted water for about ten minutes.
Drain and serve with sauce of your choice.
