Basil-Parsley Pesto can be tried as a stuffing for mushroom caps. I also try this Basil-Parsley Pesto as a spread on fresh tomato. This Basil-Parsley Pesto is quite a deal and you can experiment with dishes of your choice.
  Pine nuts 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Basil leaves 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Fat free italian dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Drop pine nuts and garlic through food chute with food processor on; process 5 seconds or until garlic is minced.
Add basil and parsley; process 10 seconds or until minced.
Add cheese; process un til blended.
With food processor on, slowly pour Italian dressing through food chute; process until smooth.
Spread on chicken or fish before cook ing, use as a stuffing for mushroom caps, spread on fresh tomato or baguette slices, or serve on hot pasta.
