|Basil leaves||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Fat free italian dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Drop pine nuts and garlic through food chute with food processor on; process 5 seconds or until garlic is minced.
Add basil and parsley; process 10 seconds or until minced.
Add cheese; process un til blended.
With food processor on, slowly pour Italian dressing through food chute; process until smooth.
Spread on chicken or fish before cook ing, use as a stuffing for mushroom caps, spread on fresh tomato or baguette slices, or serve on hot pasta.
