Portobello Mushroom Burgers
|Portabella mushrooms||4 , cleaned and stems removed|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Balsamic vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finely minced|
|Italian seasoning||1 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1 Tablespoon, coarsely ground|
|Kaiser rolls||4 , split|
|Non fat cooking spray||1 , split|
Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Place the mushrooms in the grill, underside facing up.
Drizzle the oil and vinegar over each mushroom and sprinkle with the garlic, Italian seasoning and pepper.
Grill for 5-6 minutes, or until tender.
Serve in Kaiser rolls and pass condiments such as sliced onion, lowfat Mozzarella cheese, tomato, etc
