Quick Meatball Minestrone
|Great northern beans||15 Ounce|
|Instant beef bouillon granules||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced dried onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried basil||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Bay leaf||1 Large|
|Spaghetti/0.5 of a 7-ounce package||3 1⁄2 Ounce, broken into 2-inch lengths|
|Tomatoes||16 Ounce, cut up|
|Mixed vegetables||16 Ounce, drained|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In a 4-quart dutch oven combine frozen meatballs or basic oven meatballs, undralned beans, bouillon granules, onion, basil, bay leaf, and 4 cups water.
Bring to boiling.
Cover; simmer about 20 minutes or till meatballs are heated through.
Stir in undrained tomatoes, mixed vegetables, and sugar.
Remove bay leaf.
Sprinkle individual servings with parmesan cheese.
