Grilled Italian Sausage & Peppers

|Low fat italian pork sausage/Any other low fat sausage||2 Pound|
|Green peppers||2 , seeded, thinly sliced|
|Onion||1 , thinly sliced|
|Black pepper||1 Tablespoon|
|Non fat cooking spray||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
Cut the sausage into 4 portions.
Lightly spray the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Place the sausage, peppers and onion in the grill and dust with pepper and salt.
Grill for 5-6 minutes.
