Grilled Italian Sausage & Peppers

Ingredients
  Low fat italian pork sausage/Any other low fat sausage 2 Pound
  Green peppers 2 , seeded, thinly sliced
  Onion 1 , thinly sliced
  Black pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Non fat cooking spray 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut the sausage into 4 portions.
Lightly spray the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Place the sausage, peppers and onion in the grill and dust with pepper and salt.
Grill for 5-6 minutes.
