Ingredients
  Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Pimientos 2 , cut into strips
  Green pepper 1 , cut into strips
  Chopped red onion 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Dried basil 1 Teaspoon
  Stuffed olives 18 Large, sliced
  Chicken 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cut into strips
  Anchovy fillets 18
  Garlic flavored french dressing 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato wedges 2
  Hard cooked eggs 2
Directions

Combine the first 8 ingredients.
Toss with dressing.
Garnish with tomato wedges and quartered eggs.
