|Cookie crumbs||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Vanilla Wafers Or Macaroons)|
|Cut up candied red cherries||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped salted almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla ice cream||1 Quart|
Line 8 muffin Cups with paper baking cups.
Mix cookie crumbs, cut up cherries and almonds.
Slightly soften ice cream; fold in crumb mixture.
Divide ice cream mixture among paper-lined muffin cups.
Arrange red cherry half and slices of green cherry on each to resemble a flower.
Freeze uncovered until firm.
Wrap, label and return to freezer.
