Italian Portobello Mushrooms
|Portabella mushrooms||4 , cleaned, dried and stems removed|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Balsamic vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Italian seasoning||1⁄4 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Tablespoon|
Arrange the mushrooms on a flat tray, with the undersides facing up.
Mix together the oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, pepper and salt and lightly drizzle over the mushrooms.
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Grill the mushrooms, undersides facing up, for 4-5 minutes.
To serve, cut each mushroom into 4 wedges and arrange on a serving platter.
