Peperoncino

Peperoncino is a popular spagetti dish at Italian restaurants in Japan. I have no idea if people in Italy eat this.
Ingredients
  Garlic cloves 6
  Spaghetti 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Crush the garlic cloves.

MAKING
2. Fry the garlic in the oil in a frying pan.
3. Separately boil water in a pot and add spaghetti to cook. Drain water once done.
4. Add the spaghetti to fried garlic and sprinkle some pepper.

SERVING
5. Plate and serve.
