Italian Amaretti Muffins

Italian Amaretta Muffins are yummy muffins that will definitely be a winner at the next party you host. I served the Italian Amaretta Muffins last week for my in- laws and they loved it. Don’t miss this one out.
Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted
  Amaretto 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.
Stir in chopped almonds.
In another bowl, whisk egg, buttermilk, melted butter, and Amaretto.
Make a well in the dry ingredients and add liquid ingredients, mixing quickly.
Spoon into greased muffin pans and bake until lightly brown and tester comes out clean.
Bake at 400 degrees 15-20 minutes
