|Chopped parsley||4 Tablespoon|
|Shelled peas||1⁄4 Pound (125 Gram)|
|String beans||1⁄2 Pound (250 Gram)|
|Beef ribs||1⁄2 Pound (250 Gram)|
|Boiling water||8 Cup (128 tbs) (2 Liters)|
|Italian sausage||1 Pound, cut up (500 Gram)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs) (120 Gram)|
Put all the vegetables in a large saucepan with the beef ribs, salt and pepper and boiling water.
Cover and cook over a low heat for about 1 1/2 hours.
Remove meat from bone and return to soup.
Add sausage and cook for another 1/2 hour.
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
