Baked Hamburgers Italiano

Hamburgers Italiano is a wonderfully delicious and filling dish that is sure to entice your taste buds. I served this dish for a get together with my friends at home. They loved it and have been haunting me for this Hamburgers Italiano recipe ever since. Try it out!
  Ground chuck 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Diced onion 1 Small
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Tomato juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste, smoked
  Garlic salt To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Mix together ground chuck, onion, celery, egg and tomato juice.
Add oregano, salt, pepper, smoked salt and garlic salt to season as desired.
Shape into 6 patties; place in a lightly greased baking pan about 2 inches apart.
Bake in 400-degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
