Green Pepper Beef Stew

Ingredients
  Beef roast 7 Pound (One Unit)
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Green peppers 5 , sliced
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Season roast with salt and pepper; brown in hot fat in large roasting pan.
Add water and simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Remove roast from liquid; cool and slice thin.
Return meat to liquid; add green peppers and garlic salt.
Return to heat and simmer 4 hours.
Serve on toasted buns.
