Hawaiian Bologna Buns
|Hard rolls||4 Large|
|Instant type flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Bologna||1⁄4 Pound, cut into 0.25 inch cubes|
|Crushed pineapple||8 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Sliced green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cut a thin slice across top of each roll and set aside.
Cut out centers of rolls to make shells. (Save centers to use for a crumb topper or croutons.)
Combine butter or margarine, flour and milk in a small saucepan; cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and boils 1 minute; remove from heat.
Stir in seasonings.
Mix bologna, pineapple and green onions in a medium size bowl; stir in sauce.
Spoon into rolls, dividing evenly; set tops of rolls over filling.
Wrap each roll in foil.
Bake in hot oven (425Â°) for 35 minutes, or until heated through.
