Creamy Italian Bean Salad
|Sour cream||7⁄8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Onion salad dressing mix||7⁄8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Italian green beans||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked|
|Cherry tomatoes||8 , halved|
|Potatoes||3 Medium, cooked, peeled and cubed|
Prepare salad dressing mix according to package directions; use 1/2 cup dressing for recipe. (Refrigerate remaining 1 1/2 cups dressing for later use)
Combine dressing, beans, tomatoes and potatoes; toss lightly but thoroughly to coat.
Chill before serving.
