Here's another video recipe: original italian meatballs, as learned from my grandmother...

  Breadcrumbs 100 Gram
  Eggs 2
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Garlic 2
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Cayenne pepper To Taste
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Large
  Tomatoes 2 Can (20 oz)
Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Pinch
Directions

For the meatballs:
Add milk to the breadcrumbs. Chop garlic. Break meat with a fork. Add garlic. Add black pepper and cayenne pepper. Add cumin. Add salt. Add the breadcrumbs. Mix well. Add some more milk if needed. Add the eggs. Mix well.
Prepare the meatballs. Place on a parchment paper. Let the meatballs cook in the oven for 10 minutes at 150 degrees C.

Add olive oil to a medium-heat pot. Add chopped onion to the pot. Add salt and a pinch of sugar. Add oregano. Mix well. Add the tomatoes. Add some water. Mix well.
