Polenta Frittata

In this video I'm showing how to reuse left-over polenta.
Ingredients
  Polenta 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Leftover, Hard)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frying oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Slice up the polenta about 1 cm thick. Cut them into small pieces. Roll the polenta pieces into flour. Medium-high heat the pan. Add frying oil to the pan. Fry the polenta. Drain on a paper. Enjoy!

you did not season it with salt...?! These would make great evening snacks or even appetizers for parties with a cool and fresh salsa or relish to go with it :)

great snack recipe...however can you please let me know if I can use fine bread crumbs instead of flour?
