Italian Mushroom-Bean Salad
Italian mushroom bean salad is a tossed mushroom and cooked lima beans salad that can be served as a side in a meal. Seasoned with salt, the salad is flavored with oregano, vinegar salad dressing, the italian mushroom salad also contains parsley and green onions.
|Frozen baby lima beans||10 Ounce|
|Mushrooms||8 , trimmed and sliced|
|Green onions||4 , chopped|
|Snipped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Vinegar oil salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cook lima beans as directed on package; drain.
Mix beans and remaining ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
(Can be served immediately.)
