|Green onions||2 , chopped|
|Mushrooms||1⁄4 Pound, sliced|
|Lean ground beef/Lean ground calf||1 Pound|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Spinach||1 Bunch (100 gm), finley chopped|
|Shredded romano cheese/Shredded parmesan cheese||3 Tablespoon|
Using a large frying pan or wok, saute onions and mushrooms in butter just until glazed.
Push to sides of pan, add ground meat, garlic, salt, and pepper and cook until browned.
Mix in spinach and cook for 2 minutes, just until spinach wilts.
Break eggs over the mixture and stir with a fork to mix in and cook through.
Sprinkle with cheese.
