Fried Mozzarella Sandwiches
|Mozzarella cheese||1⁄2 Pound|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Around 250 Milliliter)|
|White bread slice||8 (Stale Ones)|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
Beat together the eggs, salt and pepper to taste and the milk.
Make four sandwiches of the Mozzarella cheese and stale bread.
(Remove crusts.) Dip the sandwiches in the egg and milk mixture.
Press the edges together.
Heat the oil to a high heat.
Fry the sandwiches on both sides until golden brown.
Drain and serve immediately.
