Italian Pizza Muffins are unique and winning muffins that are perfect for your dinner parties. Surprise your guests with these tasty muffins. I am sure they will love the Italian Pizza Muffins.
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked italian sausage/Salami 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced pimiento stuffed green olives 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), sliced
  Minced sun dried tomatoes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained (Oil Packed Variety)
  Fennel seed 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)

Mix dry ingredients (first five) in a large bowl.
Stir in green onions, salami or sausage, olives, tomatoes and spices.
Mix thoroughly.
In another bowl, beat eggs, oil, milk and sour cream.
Add this to a well in the bowl of dry ingredients.
Stir quickly.
Batter will be lumpy.
Fill muffin cups three-fourths full.
Bake until brown.
Bake at 400 degrees 20 minutes
