Wine Broth With Pesto
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), grated|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Basil||4 Teaspoon, finely chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried basil)|
|Parsley||2 Teaspoon, finely chopped|
|Beef broth||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|Dry red wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Mix together in a small bowl the butter cheese, garlic, basil, and parsley.
Heatbrothand wine until steaming.
Ladle into small bowls or cups and add a dollop of pesto sauce to each.
