|Garlic||6 Clove (30 gm), crushed|
|Shrimp||1 1⁄2 Pound, cleaned and deveined|
|Fish||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in to chunks (Raw, Of Your Choice)|
|Onions spring||4 , chopped|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Melt margarine in large skillet.
Add garlic and salt, then add seafood; cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
When shrimp is pink and fish flakes tender, add spring onions and parsley.
Cook for 3 minutes more.
Add a Chinese touch to the scampi by serving over Chinese noodles
