Seafood Scampi is a delicious dish that is perfect for a seafood themed dinner spread. The addictive flavor of the Seafood Scampi will leave you wanting more. Trust me!
Ingredients
  Margarine 12 Tablespoon
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm), crushed
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Shrimp 1 1⁄2 Pound, cleaned and deveined
  Fish 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in to chunks (Raw, Of Your Choice)
  Onions spring 4 , chopped
  Chopped parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Melt margarine in large skillet.
Add garlic and salt, then add seafood; cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
When shrimp is pink and fish flakes tender, add spring onions and parsley.
Cook for 3 minutes more.
Add a Chinese touch to the scampi by serving over Chinese noodles
