Italian Liver Balls

Ingredients
  Liver 1 Pound, cooked and ground
  Bacon slices 4 , broiled and chopped
  Whole wheat bread slice 3 , soaked in milk squeezed dry
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon, grated
  Egg yolks 2
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Wheat germ 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Blend liver, bacon, bread, parsley, cheese, egg yolks, salt and yeast.
Shape into small meat balls.
Dip balls into beaten egg, then roll in wheat germ.
Brush tops with oil.
Bake until golden brown.
