Italian Liver Balls
|Liver||1 Pound, cooked and ground|
|Bacon slices||4 , broiled and chopped|
|Whole wheat bread slice||3 , soaked in milk squeezed dry|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, minced|
|Parmesan cheese||3 Tablespoon, grated|
|Nutritional yeast||3 Tablespoon|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Wheat germ||1 Tablespoon|
Blend liver, bacon, bread, parsley, cheese, egg yolks, salt and yeast.
Shape into small meat balls.
Dip balls into beaten egg, then roll in wheat germ.
Brush tops with oil.
Bake until golden brown.
