Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Tomatoes 1⁄2 Pound, peeled and chopped
  Peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  String beans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut in 1 inch 2 0.5 cm) pieces
  Carrot 1 Small, chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Brown the beef with the onions in a large saucepan, stirring constantly to break up meat.
Add tomatoes and simmer for about five minutes.
Add peas, beans and carrot and simmer for another five minutes.
Pour on enough cold water to cover.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender
